You may cancel free of charge until 7 days before arrival. You will be charged 100% of the total price if you cancel in the 7 days before arrival. No prepayment is needed.
The rate includes 10% VAT. City tax of 4,50 € per person per night is not included in the rate.
No reception service, so the Check-in is carried out by appointment providing the arrival time.
For the arrivals after 20:30 there is a supplement of 20,00 € for the late check-in.
After 23:00 the check-in is not allowed and the reservation will be reported like NO SHOW and will be charged the 100% of the total amount.
Check-in that include a parking request must be completed by 8:30p.m. After this time, access to the parking area will not be permitted.
